Edward Davies is an RIBA Chartered Architect who has a wide range of experience in the residential, office, education, retail and leisure sectors
Working for the largest architectural practice in the south west, Edward has been involved with a number of high profile schemes throughout Bristol , including delivering planning applications for a speculative 65,000sqft (NIA) office scheme in Temple Street , opposite St Mary Redcliffe Church, as well as a mixed use scheme located adjacent to Bristol 's shopping district opposite Castle Green. With a strong focus on sustainability this has resulted in the two schemes achieving an 'Excellent' BREEAM pre-assessment rating.
More recently, Edward has overseen the refurbishment and extension of Marjam House, located in the Leigh Woods Conservation Area, close to the Clifton Suspension Bridge.
Edward's background in being educated in both architecture and planning, at the University of the West of England, gives him the ability of working up schemes at a citywide level, as well as being able to provide a modern and sympathetic solution in a more localised environment.
